NetSuite Administrator

About the role

EverPass Media is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to own and evolve its core financial and revenue systems. Reporting to the Enterprise Application function, you will ensure the NetSuite platform supports the company’s fast‑growing quote‑to‑cash processes and integrates seamlessly with Salesforce.

Key responsibilities

• Administer NetSuite, including user management, roles, permissions, workflows and system configurations.
• Maintain and optimize Order‑to‑Cash, Billing and Revenue Recognition modules.
• Own release management, testing and deployment of NetSuite updates.
• Support the full quote‑to‑cash lifecycle in partnership with Finance and Sales Ops.
• Troubleshoot billing, contract and revenue reporting issues.
• Collaborate with Salesforce admins and RevOps to ensure clean data sync between systems.
• Identify and implement workflow automation, saved searches, reports and dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase speed, accuracy and scalability.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of hands‑on NetSuite administration experience in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong understanding of Order‑to‑Cash, quoting, contract, billing and revenue recognition processes.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Finance, Sales and Operations teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data integrity and system reliability.
