Mid‑Senior Full‑Stack Engineer (Java/Python, React, TypeScript, AWS)

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to join our fast‑moving team and help deliver cutting‑edge solutions for top startups and companies. You will work on end‑to‑end features, from backend services to responsive front‑end interfaces, while leveraging AI tools to boost productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java or Python.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create technical designs for new features.
• Own feature delivery from database schema design through frontend implementation and deployment.
• Write unit, integration, and functional tests for both backend and frontend code.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Cursor, ClaudeCode, Codex) throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (strong verbal and written communication).
• 4+ years of professional software development experience with full‑stack responsibilities.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a startup environment.
• Team‑player mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
