Marketing Operations Manager (HubSpot)

About the role

We are seeking a Demand Generation & Marketing Operations Manager with deep HubSpot expertise to drive qualified pipeline for a B2B technology company. This full‑time remote role focuses on HubSpot administration, lead lifecycle management, and conversion tracking to align marketing activities with revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns, handling end‑to‑end conversion tracking, UTM governance, GA4 integration, and offline‑conversion imports.
• Act as HubSpot Marketing Hub administrator: manage properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflows, routing, forms, and integrations; define and enforce lifecycle stages with sales.
• Maintain database health through deduplication, enrichment, GDPR/CAN‑SPAM compliance, and produce pipeline and revenue reporting.
• Execute email calendar, webinars, trade‑show lead capture, and industry surveys, ensuring deliverability and clear hand‑off to sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B demand generation or marketing operations, serving as primary HubSpot administrator.
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and a track record of optimizing toward down‑funnel outcomes.
• Strong data discipline, comfortable owning a pipeline number and defending budget decisions.
• Prior remote work experience with US/UK‑based teams and fluency in professional English.
