Marketing Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Engagement Specialist supports the marketing activities for Internova’s hotel, villa and in‑country partner programs. The role develops partner marketing plans, secures investment with sales directors, and tracks campaign execution across business units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketing activities for hotels, villas and partners, including asset acquisition, submission, execution and quality control while meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies to open job requests and ensure timely project completion.
• Gather performance metrics, prepare digital analytics reports and recommend optimisations.
• Participate in sales and marketing meetings and conference calls.
• Apply brand and operational guidelines to all campaigns.
• Work with accounting/finance on marketing plan invoicing.
• Update website content and maintain program tools and marketing collateral.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Tourism/Hospitality Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience, preferably with an ad agency or client account management.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tactics under deadline.
• Experience in travel or tourism industry is a plus.
