About the role

Canonical is seeking a Marketing Associate to help translate complex open‑source innovations into clear market value. The role is fully remote and works within cross‑functional teams to shape messaging, campaigns and events that reach developers and decision‑makers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

Contribute to go‑to‑market planning and execution.
Draft and edit compelling messaging and positioning for diverse target audiences.
Assist in developing campaign plans and content dissemination strategies.
Partner with demand‑generation and digital teams to optimise marketing funnels and track campaign performance.
Support the coordination of webinars, events and social media promotions.

Required profile

Genuine passion for technology and open‑source software.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
