Marketing Assistant (Travel Agency)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team within the travel industry. This entry‑level position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and supporting a variety of marketing activities that connect our advisors and preferred partners.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the marketing inbox and respond or escalate inquiries as needed.
• Post offers and news updates, and maintain preferred‑partner pages.
• Promote marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including the travel advisor portal, email campaigns, and social media.
• Coordinate communication between Nexion, internal teams, preferred partners, and external vendors such as printers.
• Manage content for agent‑level consumer‑facing websites.
• Conduct call‑out campaigns to boost marketing efforts.
• Send marketing initiative request forms to preferred partners and manage follow‑up reminders.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment across multiple locations.
• Excellent attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude with demonstrated ability to manage several projects at once.
• Team‑player mindset with a collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Basic data‑entry abilities.
