Manager, People Advisory

About the role

The Manager, People Advisory will partner with divisional People Partners, Talent Acquisition and People Counsel to drive HR initiatives, ensure compliance, and foster a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the People Partnering Model, collaborating with Divisional People Partners, CoEs and People Operations.
• Act as the point of contact for employee relations, handling conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievances.
• Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding processes, working closely with line managers and talent acquisition.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws, HR policies, health & safety regulations and data integrity.
• Support culture initiatives, local values activation, hybrid‑working frameworks and DEI programs.
• Drive employee engagement, CSR activities and gather insights for continuous improvement.
• Administer employee benefits programs and liaise with vendors.
• Collaborate with learning & development to deliver training and skill‑building programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation and compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong Excel skills.
