Manager of Systems & Automation

About the role

We are looking for a Manager of Systems & Automation to lead the design and implementation of technology‑enabled solutions that streamline our commercial, delivery and GES workflows. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the IT team, ensuring that automation initiatives deliver measurable efficiency gains.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders across commercial, delivery and GES teams to capture current workflows and unmet technology needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear, scoped specifications for the IT development team.
• Develop deep knowledge of Blend’s core platforms and promote adoption of existing capabilities.
• Identify whether challenges are process‑related or technology‑related and prioritize reducing manual effort.
• Drive the implementation of automation projects and monitor their impact on operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in business operations, systems, or technology enablement roles.
• Proven track record of spotting inefficiencies and delivering technology‑driven solutions.
• Background in professional services or consulting environments.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience using AI productivity tools.
