Machine Learning Engineer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design and deploy intelligent solutions that turn data into actionable business value. This fully remote position allows you to collaborate with a global team of top‑tier tech talent.

Key responsibilities

• Build and train machine learning models for diverse business applications.
• Develop and maintain end‑to‑end ML pipelines for data processing and model deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists to implement algorithms and optimise model performance.
• Monitor, evaluate and improve existing ML systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices across the team.
• Document technical processes and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of machine‑learning algorithms and statistical methods.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with data processing and feature‑engineering techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerisation technologies.
• Advanced level of English.
