Líder de Infraestructura IT

About the role

Infocorp is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Leader to drive the design, operation, and evolution of its on‑premises and Azure cloud environments. The role combines deep technical expertise with hands‑on leadership of multiple IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Infrastructure, Help Desk, and Internal Systems teams.
• Ensure availability, performance, and continuity of all IT services.
• Direct incident response and resolution with strong ownership.
• Implement security, governance, and compliance policies.
• Manage and evolve on‑premises data centers and Azure cloud platforms.
• Work with Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper‑V, Docker, and AKS.
• Oversee networking, identity, and permission management in hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with Development, Data, and Security teams.
• Evaluate new technologies and define the infrastructure roadmap.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of IT infrastructure experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of on‑premises infrastructure, networking, and Azure.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, AD, Hyper‑V, switching, routing, VLANs, firewalls and VPN.
• Familiarity with Azure IaaS/PaaS, Entra ID, RBAC, NSG and Azure Policy.
• Experience with containers (Docker, AKS).
• Service‑oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to make end‑to‑end decisions and support teams in complex situations.
