Legal Analyst (Uruguay)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Analyst to support the legal needs of our fast‑moving global technology business. Based in Uruguay, you will work closely with Commercial, Finance and Operations teams, handling commercial agreements, compliance matters and a variety of legal topics.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and other legal documents, ensuring compliance and protection of company interests.
• Assist in managing legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel when required.
• Provide legal advice to business units on contracts, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and risk management.
• Monitor relevant laws and regulations to keep the company compliant.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver practical legal guidance for day‑to‑day operations.
• Support ongoing legal projects and help improve internal legal processes and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; recent graduates are welcome.
• 1–3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably with exposure to commercial agreements.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities and a proactive, learning‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in fintech, payments or other regulated industries is a plus.
