About the role

Goddard Catering Group, a catering company serving airlines, airports and enterprises across the Caribbean and Latin America, is looking for a kitchen hygiene worker for its food service in LATU in Montevideo. The role keeps the kitchen, dining area and service areas clean and safe, in line with quality and food safety standards.

Key responsibilities

Clean and disinfect floors, tables, kitchen, bathrooms and equipment.
Wash and prepare crockery and service utensils.
Remove waste and put it into containers.
Use cleaning products and materials responsibly.
Complete daily job records.
Follow Good Hygiene and Handling Practices.

Required profile

Basic education cycle completed.
Attention to detail, organisation and teamwork.
Tolerance of pressure and willingness to do moderately physically demanding work.
Courses or experience in hygiene and chemical products are valued.

Schedule: 8:00 to 16:00, five days a week (Monday to Friday).
