Junior VIP Account Manager

About the role

Join our new in‑house Customer Service operation supporting users across LATAM via telephone, chat and email. You will manage, retain and support VIP players within an assigned portfolio under senior guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach through calls and email following defined engagement cadences.
• Apply upsell and reactivation strategies to grow player value and re‑engage inactive clients.
• Trigger promotional campaigns, track tier upgrades and monitor gameplay activity.
• Escalate critical or high‑risk cases to senior VIP Account Managers.
• Log and maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in iGaming or 2 years total professional experience.
• At least 6 months experience as an Account Manager or in a sales team.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is an advantage.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools such as Optimove, Salesforce or internal dashboards.
• Clear and engaging communication skills across WhatsApp, phone and email.
• Strong organizational ability to manage a portfolio while maintaining service quality.
