About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Manager to lead our sales team for a leading lighting company with international projects. The role is based onsite in Punta Carretas and involves driving commercial growth and strengthening key client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed commercial targets set by senior management.
• Lead, motivate and develop the commercial team to deliver results.
• Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of commercial quotations.
• Build and nurture relationships with key and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments with growth potential.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of growth‑focused commercial strategies.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar commercial leadership role.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability to work full‑time onsite, Monday to Friday.
