About the role

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer with strong experience in hybrid (on‑premise + cloud) platforms. The role focuses on containerization, Kubernetes orchestration, and the operation of critical systems, driving the platform toward more scalable, automated, and secure architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and operate platform infrastructure both on‑premise and in the cloud.
• Lead the transition from traditional VM or bootable JAR deployments to container‑based environments.
• Install, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters.
• Define and implement CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with development teams.
• Manage virtualized environments such as VMware or KVM.
• Ensure platform availability, scalability and resilience.
• Handle networking, load balancing, TLS and perimeter security.
• Implement monitoring, logging and observability solutions.
• Participate in defining security standards, hardening and certificate management.

Required profile

• Solid experience with Kubernetes (deployments, services, ingress, configmaps, secrets, troubleshooting).
• Background in virtualized environments (VMware, KVM) and Linux administration (RedHat, Rocky, Ubuntu).
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls).
• Hands‑on experience with AWS and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Proficiency in automation and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform).
• Understanding of security practices (TLS/mTLS, hardening, access management).
