Information Security Manager

About the role

PartnerOne is looking for an experienced Information Security Manager to lead, scale, and mature the organization’s security function. This senior leadership position owns the security strategy, manages a high‑performing team, and reports directly to executive leadership and the Board.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and develop a high‑functioning information security team, defining roles, career paths, and performance expectations.
• Set and prioritize security initiatives across vulnerability management, incident response, application security, data protection, and audit.
• Own the multi‑year security strategy, aligning investments with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk tolerance.
• Prepare and present regular security risk reports, program health updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.
• Manage the security budget, including headcount planning, tooling investments, and vendor relationships.
• Serve as the senior internal authority on information security, advising executives on risk posture and material threats.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in information security, with a track record of building and scaling security teams.
• Strong executive communication skills, capable of translating technical risk into business‑relevant language.
• Experience influencing product, engineering, compliance, and go‑to‑market decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi‑year security roadmaps.
