Immigration & Relocation Assistant

About the role

Join Estudio RVA’s Immigration & Relocation team to support international clients as they settle in Uruguay. This position offers hands‑on experience with real immigration cases, client communication, and administrative procedures from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients from the United States, Brazil, Argentina and Europe in English.
• Assist in coordinating residency applications and relocation processes.
• Prepare, review and organise required documentation.
• Follow up on ongoing matters and maintain records.
• Visit government offices, attend appointments, submit and collect official documents.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Law, International Relations or related degree program.
• Available to work mornings at the Plaza Independencia office.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Comfortable interacting directly with clients in professional English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
