Hiring Journey Analyst (Remote)

About the role

As a Hiring Journey Analyst at BairesDev, you will be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will ensure a smooth, engaging experience while supporting the rapid placement of talent for both internal and external client openings.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
• Maintain detailed records of applicant information, including resumes, assignments, and interview feedback.
• Assess candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and soft‑skill fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, and assessments.
• Act as the liaison between candidates and clients during interviews.
• Collect and convey comprehensive candidate data to the staffing team for optimal resource allocation.
