Head of Marketing (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

Viva Talent, a platform connecting US companies with executive assistants and recruiting coordinators across Latin America and South Africa, is looking for an experienced marketing leader to build its marketing function from the ground up. The role reports to the Co-CEO and is fully remote. You will set the strategy, execute it yourself, then hire and coach the team that runs it.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead marketing strategy, including focus, channel mix, budget allocation and quarterly goals.
• Execute the strategy and use results to decide what to improve next.
• Build the team by hiring, developing and coaching members (SEO, content, design, link building, etc.) and managing vendors.
• Connect marketing to business outcomes by planning OKRs with leadership and tracking progress.
• Shape Viva's story, messaging and positioning so buyers understand why Viva, why its services and why now.
• Work with the Co-CEOs and leaders in Sales, Customer Success, People and RevOps to align priorities, keep HubSpot lead reporting accurate and diagnose funnel issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing and leading marketing teams end to end, from strategy to execution.
• Owned SEO end to end and scaled it from 1 to N; built other channels such as events or paid ads from 0 to 1.
• Hired, coached and developed marketing teams, and managed external vendors and agencies.
• Generated qualified B2B pipeline for companies with $100K+ ACV, targeting US executive buyers (C-suite, VP or head level).
• Executive-level English (C1+).
