Head de Marketing y Business Strategy - Filial Uruguay

About the role

The Head of Marketing and Business Strategy will lead the overall marketing and business direction for Adium's Uruguay subsidiary, focusing on the healthcare and retail sectors. This senior position reports directly to senior leadership and works closely with cross‑functional teams to drive growth and market positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing strategies tailored to the healthcare sector.
• Coordinate market and competitor analysis to uncover business opportunities.
• Manage and optimise marketing campaigns to meet company objectives.
• Develop strategic growth plans for the retail segment.
• Collaborate with sales, access, medical, finance and compliance teams to ensure effective execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and evaluate the impact of implemented strategies.
• Establish relationships with key partners and stakeholders in healthcare.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasts and core performance indicators.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of managers and specialists.
• Drive product launch, lifecycle management and omnichannel initiatives.

Required profile

• More than 10 years of experience in marketing, commercial or business unit management.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong financial management skills with responsibility for P&L.
• Experience in regulated industries, preferably healthcare, pharma, medical devices or complex consumer goods.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Commercial Engineering or related fields; MBA or postgraduate studies valued.
