Growth Strategy Lead

About the role

The Growth Strategy Lead will drive new business development, prospecting, and strategic expansion for The ROI Loop and the broader Tavano Team brand. This senior advisor will shape client narratives, design growth systems, and translate AI‑enabled insights into actionable marketing loops.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to design strategic frameworks, brand narratives, and growth systems for high‑value accounts.
• Translate The ROI Loop’s philosophy into clear recommendations and build playbooks for Growth Leads.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal brands, ensuring sound planning, execution, and presentation of marketing initiatives.
• Lead client strategy sessions covering GTM alignment, positioning, revenue strategy, creative‑performance integration, and ROI goals.
• Collaborate with the ROI Loop Director, Growth Operations Lead, specialists (SEO, Paid, Email, BI, UX/CRO), and Tavano Team leadership to elevate strategic thinking.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, participate in discovery calls, prospect pitches, and qualify new opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of experience in strategy, digital marketing, consulting, or growth roles.
• Proven ability to communicate with C‑level executives, especially CMOs.
• Strong strategic thinking, data interpretation, and dashboard creation skills.
• Comfort with AI tools and a growth‑mindset focused on rapid learning.
