About the role
The Global Delivery Center Analyst works within the Global Delivery Center’s Integrated and Global Solutions team, providing international support for employee‑benefits data. You will populate multi‑country benchmarking reports and support global benefits management and financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Populate multi‑country benchmarking reports using company data, market practice and statutory information.
- Elaborate and analyze multinational pooling results reports and renewal conditions.
- Assist with global or regional benefits management financial and plan reporting.
- Provide internal project‑management support to consultants.
Required profile
- Entry‑level project management and business knowledge with strong attention to detail.
- Critical problem‑solving abilities, teamwork attitude and client interaction skills.
- Background in global benefits administration is a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent data manipulation skills.
