The company, a leading e‑commerce services provider, is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate its market expansion. The role will shape growth priorities, connect customer needs with market opportunities, and align with the commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the Growth Marketing strategy in line with acquisition, activation and business development goals.
• Identify market opportunities, priority segments and new channels to expand the customer base and service adoption.
• Analyze customer and user behavior to uncover growth levers and improve the value proposition throughout the relationship cycle.
• Design and launch go‑to‑market plans for new services, features, segments or strategic initiatives.
• Develop demand‑generation programs that attract new clients and strengthen activation, retention and engagement with the digital offering.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Product and Technology teams to turn market insights into concrete growth projects.
• Optimize key customer journeys and touchpoints to boost conversion and overall experience.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital and relevant channels, combining acquisition, content, performance, CRM and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor performance through KPIs, dashboards and business metrics, driving continuous optimisation.
• Manage budgets, resources and external partners to ensure high‑impact, cost‑effective initiatives.
• Coach and develop the growth team, fostering a culture of experimentation, autonomy and results‑orientation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading growth‑focused marketing initiatives in a fast‑moving, digital environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Leadership experience managing and developing a marketing team.
