About the role
anyone-ai is seeking experienced Full‑Stack Developers to design and evaluate realistic software engineering tasks for a leading AI lab. This part‑time, project‑based consultancy is remote and allows you to manage your own schedule while working on bug fixes, feature implementations, refactoring, and test generation.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement multi‑file coding tasks covering bug resolution, new features, refactoring, and testing.
- Write clear natural‑language specifications and reference implementations for each task.
- Develop and extend unit and integration test suites to validate implementations.
- Review peer‑generated tasks for correctness, clarity, realism, and edge‑case coverage.
Required profile
- Advanced professional written proficiency in English.
- 3–7 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, with working knowledge of Java, C# or Go.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, or Go testing.
