Forward Deployed AI Engineer (Python) – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is seeking a senior Forward Deployed AI Engineer with a Python‑first background to embed with enterprise clients across Latin America. You will discover AI opportunities, design end‑to‑end agentic systems, and ensure they operate reliably in production.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops, assess data readiness, and separate genuine AI problems from workflow issues.
• Architect retrieval‑centric agentic solutions, including data sourcing, embeddings, hybrid search, and knowledge‑graph integration.
• Build and ship production‑grade services, own CI/CD pipelines with prompt and context versioning, and implement evaluation suites.
• Operate post‑launch systems: monitor grounding, latency, cost, drift, and handoff to client teams.
• Present technical decisions to senior stakeholders and support pre‑sales scoping when needed.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience across machine learning, data engineering, and software development.
• Proven track record as an ML/Data Architect, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead delivering AI solutions in production.
• Experience consulting with regulated industries, handling discovery, stakeholder alignment, and business impact quantification.
