Flutter Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to join ThinkUp’s agile team and create innovative mobile solutions for high‑impact clients across LATAM. You will be involved in the full development lifecycle, from business analysis and design to building and evolving high‑quality mobile products.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a cross‑functional team to design, develop, and maintain Flutter applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and UI/UX designs.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication between front‑end and back‑end services.
• Implement state management using Riverpod, Bloc, or similar patterns.
• Write unit and widget tests to guarantee code reliability.
• Maintain version control using Git and follow clean architecture principles.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience developing mobile apps with Flutter.
• Proficiency with AI‑assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high‑quality software.
• Experience working on projects that incorporate AI agents, automation, or intelligent features.
