Finance Data Analyst – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Data Analyst to join a U.S.-based financial consulting firm that provides fractional CFO services. The role is fully remote for candidates in LATAM and focuses on turning raw financial data into actionable insights for U.S. clients.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and structure financial and operational data from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain budgets, cash‑flow forecasts, and revenue projection models.
• Reconcile data across systems, identify inconsistencies, and document workflows.
• Support business performance analysis, trend identification, and KPI reporting.
• Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for leadership.
• Manage project timelines, maintain organized documentation, and improve internal processes.
• Collaborate directly with U.S.-based clients, understand their financial models, and communicate findings in English.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Google Sheets (advanced formulas, data cleaning).
• Microsoft Excel (advanced modeling).
• QuickBooks Online or similar accounting systems (nice to have).
• Looker Studio or other BI tools (nice to have).
