Finance and Reporting Junior Specialist

About the role

As a Finance and Reporting Junior Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will support the Knowledge Center entities by ensuring accurate accounting and timely financial reporting. Your work will enable the broader organization to focus on delivering essential logistics services worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Execute accounting tasks such as journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis while meeting closing deadlines.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and statutory disclosures in line with IFRS and group reporting standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits, manage documentation, and respond to audit queries promptly.
• Identify and implement improvements to internal controls, standardisation, and automation of General Ledger and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA) or final stages of an Accounting degree (mandatory).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial closing processes, variance analysis, and account reconciliations.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
