Field Services Manager (FSM)

About the role

The Field Services Manager (FSM) will own client relationships, technician strategy, and overall service delivery performance for Splice Technologies. You will ensure that all service execution aligns with contract scope, quality standards, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary/secondary client contact, lead onboarding and maintain weekly client meetings.
• Assign and manage technician resources based on skill, location, and availability to ensure coverage.
• Review and validate technician Scope of Work (SOW) before dispatch and enforce quality standards.
• Provide onsite guidance, act as client intermediary, and resolve escalations.
• Own client escalations, coordinate internal resolution, and communicate timely updates.
• Oversee planning and execution of site surveys, validate outputs such as photos and assessments.
• Drive end‑to‑end project execution across multiple sites, tracking timelines and milestones.

Required profile

• Experience managing field service operations, including technician coordination and on‑site support oversight.
• Strong customer‑service and stakeholder‑management abilities, with professional English communication.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills for handling multiple concurrent requests.
• Familiarity with basic IT or technical support environments, work order systems, and service‑management tools.
• Ability to work full‑time onsite in Montevideo and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Prior supervisory or team‑lead experience is preferred; relevant education in business, operations, or IT is an advantage.

What we offer

• Annual salary between $46,000 and $51,000 USD
• 42.5 hours per week with shifts starting between 7:00 am‑9:30 am CT
• Start date September‑October 2026; interviews scheduled August 26‑September 4 2026
• Full‑time onsite position in Montevideo
