Facility Assistant

About the role

As a Facility Assistant at JLL you will support the smooth operation of corporate workspaces, ensuring that buildings are well‑maintained, safe and efficient for employees and visitors. You will work closely with facility teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑quality workplace experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing site operations, including maintenance, general services and procurement.
• Track budgets, process purchase orders, monitor expenses and maintain financial documentation related to facilities.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on cost optimisation, sustainability and operational efficiency.
• Help coordinate small renovation projects, space moves, layout changes and infrastructure upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, emergency protocols, access control and business continuity procedures.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, clients and vendors to address facility requests.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, contracts and operational documentation.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in facilities, property or corporate service management.
• Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Client‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and intermediate proficiency in English.
