About the role

We are seeking experienced barbers to join partner salons across the Nordic countries. The role offers a full‑time permanent contract with a competitive salary and comprehensive relocation support.

Key responsibilities

Perform hair and beard cuts for clients.
Provide exceptional client service and product sales.
Open and close the salon, ensuring smooth operations.
Maintain clean and organized common areas.
Contribute to a positive team environment.

Required profile

At least 1 year of professional barber experience or a certified barber qualification.
Intermediate to high level of English.
European passport.
Driver’s licence preferred (not mandatory).
Good social‑media skills preferred.

Required skills

Hair cutting.
Beard trimming.
Social‑media promotion.

What we offer

Salary starting at 3,000 EUR per month gross.
