Events & Content Coordinator – Americas (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an Events & Content Coordinator for the Americas region to design and deliver memorable experiences for our partner companies. Working remotely from Argentina, Paraguay or Uruguay, you will collaborate with creative teams and report directly to the Global General Manager of Fuckup Nights.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and execute live and virtual events that explore themes of failure, resilience and innovation.
• Develop and curate content that supports event narratives and engages audiences.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics and production.
• Maintain event calendars, budgets and post‑event reporting.
• Support the global team with research and best‑practice sharing across the Americas.

Required profile

• Strong passion for experiential storytelling and community building.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
