ET FCC / EPM Techno-Functional Specialist

About the role

Plan A Technologies is seeking an ET FCC / EPM Techno-Functional Specialist to bridge financial accounting requirements with Oracle EPM system execution. You will ensure that Oracle FCC and PBCS solutions align with business needs and integrate smoothly with the broader ERP environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide deep technical and functional expertise across Oracle FCC (Financial Consolidation and Close) and PBCS (Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service).
• Support critical testing phases, including Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to enforce EPM best practices in configurations and workflows.
• Review and validate integration builds during SIT and UAT to guarantee data quality and cross‑module alignment.
• Manage and optimize the relationship between EPM modules and ERP systems for seamless data flow and accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in EPM implementation or administration in techno‑functional roles.
• Proven experience with Oracle FCC and PBCS.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Hands‑on experience leading CRP, SIT, and UAT for large‑scale implementations.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
