About the role

This position is responsible for developing and managing the sales unit for new trucks, vans and utility vehicles, as well as after‑sales services, parts and warranties for Mercedes‑Benz, VW and FAW brands across multiple branches in Uruguay.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of 0 km trucks, vans and utility vehicles and promote workshop, warranty and parts services in all interior branches.
• Prepare and present an annual business plan, identify potential markets per branch and set quarterly sales targets.
• Contact and visit new and existing customers to generate sales of machinery, parts and services.
• Schedule visits, record contacts and follow up proposals using the company‑defined system.
• Coordinate commercial development with represented brands, leveraging marketing support for campaigns and sales materials.
• Participate in fairs and events organized by the company or the brands.
• Monitor parts inventory regularly, control stock levels and coordinate with purchasing for replenishment.
• Utilize brand‑provided tools such as CRM and telemetry platforms.

Required profile

• Residence in Colonia or nearby areas with willingness to travel to other branches.
• Strong result orientation, organization and professional autonomy.
• Excellent commercial abilities, negotiation skills and interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and initiative.
