Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)

About the role

Base360.ai is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to create and lead a new product or business vertical within the company. You will act like a founder, leveraging the company’s AI platform, engineering, design, and customer base to build a high‑impact venture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential opportunities and define a new product or business vertical.
• Validate customer problems through research and direct conversations.
• Set product vision, strategy and go‑to‑market plan.
• Work closely with engineering, product, design and AI teams to build and launch quickly.
• Recruit, lead and grow a multidisciplinary team.
• Own growth, product adoption, customer success and financial performance.
• Make data‑driven decisions and iterate based on feedback.
• Present progress to founders and executive team.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and create structure.
• Customer‑obsessed and passionate about building products people love.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats across product, sales, marketing and operations.
• Interest in AI and latest AI technologies.
• Previous startup experience (founder, early employee, product leader, operator or investor) is a plus.
