About the role

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant branch. The manager will ensure high service standards, motivate the team, and contribute to the growth of a recognized brand in the food sector.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all operational activities of the branch, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of staff members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory control, and cash management.
• Resolve operational problems quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing a gastronomic or restaurant branch.
• Strong service orientation and leadership skills.
• Ability to work weekends and handle a fast‑paced environment.
• Completed high school education (Bachillerato).

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with email communication and point‑of‑sale or billing software.
