About the role

As a React Frontend Developer at BairesDev, you will be a full‑time problem‑solver working on cutting‑edge web and mobile applications. You will need a blend of experience, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently while driving innovation within our remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design practical, scalable solutions to complex front‑end challenges.
• Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Provide technology for platforms that streamline monthly requests.
• Work with Big Data and predictive analytics in a distributed system.
• Collaborate with development teams, product owners, and client‑service groups to innovate and execute tasks.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience with React.
• 4+ years of front‑end development using JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5.
• 1+ year building web applications with ReactJS, Flux, Redux, or Relay.
• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Backbone, or Marionette.
• Proficiency in ES2015/ES6/ES7, command‑line tools, and client‑side APIs.
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and variable types.
• Advanced English proficiency.
