Desarrollador Back End – Plataformas de Alto Volumen

About the role

Evertec is looking for a Back End Developer to join the team that builds and evolves high‑volume payment acquisition platforms. You will work on production systems that process over one million transactions, focusing on performance, data handling and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance features on systems handling large volumes of records and transactions.
• Design, optimise and maintain batch processes and file‑handling workflows.
• Improve database performance through query optimisation, tuning and use of Query Store.
• Implement and maintain integrations with third‑party services via REST and/or SOAP APIs.
• Analyse and resolve production incidents to ensure continuous operation.
• Interpret technical documentation in English and adapt to changing specifications.

Required profile

• Solid experience as a Backend Developer using .NET/C# (preferably .NET Framework 4.8).
• Strong SQL skills with a focus on performance optimisation and tuning.
• Experience with batch processing and handling large data sets.
• Technical English proficiency for reading documentation.
• Ability to work in an agile, proactive team environment.
