Creatio Developer

About the role

Bits In Glass is looking for a Creatio Developer to join its growing consulting practice. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and clients to design, configure, and deliver low‑code CRM and process‑automation solutions using the Creatio platform.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize Creatio CRM applications with low‑code/no‑code tools.
• Build and maintain business processes, workflows, and automation logic.
• Customize UI components, pages, sections, and dashboards.
• Support user‑story development, acceptance criteria, and solution design.
• Implement C#/.NET extensions when required.
• Integrate Creatio with external systems via REST APIs.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Participate in testing, UAT, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
• Document solutions and share knowledge within the team.
• Work in an Agile delivery model, using Jira and Azure DevOps for tracking.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Creatio configuration and workflow design.
• Basic knowledge of C# and .NET development.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of CRM concepts and customer lifecycle processes.
• Experience with system integrations and REST APIs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
