Corporate Travel Consultant

About the role

Provide best‑in‑class travel consultation to ALTOUR corporate and government clients, handling domestic and international bookings while ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies.

Key responsibilities

• Service inbound corporate and government travel requests, delivering extraordinary customer service.
• Quote and book accurate air, car, and hotel reservations, securing the lowest available rates and adhering to the Fly America Act and other federal/state travel requirements.
• Utilize client‑negotiated programs and GDS low‑fare search capabilities to maximize savings.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and customer‑experience targets measured by transactions per day, service issues, and call monitoring.

Required profile

• 5+ years of travel selling experience and 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry.
• Expertise in international travel bookings, corporate travel policies, and multitasking across multiple accounts.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and a proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Mastery of Sabre GDS, including shortcuts, pricing, and Smartpoint.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
