About the role

We are looking for a Planning Coordinator to manage the supply of Ceibal devices and spare parts in a cost‑efficient manner while ensuring quality and service levels. The role also oversees the circular and sustainable handling of electronic waste in compliance with current regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement of devices and spare parts, optimizing cost and service quality.
• Plan and monitor the circular lifecycle of devices and parts, ensuring compliance with electronic waste regulations.
• Coordinate with the Logistics department to execute value‑added tasks that support efficient supply plans.
• Assist in budget and contract management for the department.
• Act as liaison between internal teams and suppliers to keep acquisition processes on schedule.
• Lead and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative work environment to meet planning targets.

Required profile

• Professional or advanced student in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Postgraduate studies or specializations in data analytics or Supply Chain are valued.
• Experience in demand planning, inventory management, team coordination, and electronic waste handling.
