About the role

The Sales Coordinator will act as the primary link between General Motors and its dealer network, ensuring smooth vehicle billing, distribution, and achievement of sales targets. This hybrid position requires regular on‑site presence and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between GM and its dealers.
• Manage vehicle billing and distribution processes.
• Provide mentorship and consulting to meet monthly and annual sales and service goals.
• Monitor dealer Customer Satisfaction Index and other feedback sources to identify and address gaps.
• Collaborate on product launches to ensure effective marketing and advertising across dealers, key account managers, and GM.
• Develop and maintain dealer relationships.
• Oversee staff training and ensure compliance with GM requirements.
• Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and parts orders and inventory stabilization.
• Analyze dealer sales, local market trends, and competition to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Drive sales of GM vehicles and parts to customers.
• Support resolution of customer issues.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial roles within the automotive sector.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Negotiation, communication and market‑vision abilities.
