Coordinador de Marketing

About the role

Cipriani Punta del Este is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and promotion of its luxury hospitality brand. The role is fully onsite in Punta del Este and is a permanent position, working closely with the Marketing team and other departments to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing and communication initiatives.
• Coordinate creation and adaptation of digital and print marketing materials.
• Create and edit visual content for social media, presentations, newsletters, internal communications, and promotional assets.
• Maintain and organize the company’s image library and content assets.
• Support development of social media content and promotional actions.
• Adapt existing brand materials while ensuring visual identity compliance.
• Help organize and execute campaigns, events, activations, and promotional actions.
• Prepare corporate presentations, commercial materials, and reports.
• Assist in translating and adapting marketing communications between Spanish and English.
• Keep marketing templates and digital assets up‑to‑date and organized.
• Contribute creative ideas and generate new content opportunities aligned with brand positioning.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising or related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, communication or creative roles, preferably in hospitality, tourism, luxury or premium brands.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational, coordination and detail‑orientation skills.
• Proactive, flexible and practical mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, international environment.
