Contador/a Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an experienced accountant to lead our accounting team, act as the main point of contact with clients and ensure high‑quality financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, organise and supervise a team of accountants.
• Distribute tasks, monitor progress and guarantee deadlines are met.
• Perform bank reconciliations and inventory reconciliations.
• Validate invoices, accounts payable and process sales‑related income.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and control their accuracy.
• Review reports from other departments and provide feedback.
• Maintain direct communication with clients, answering daily queries.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting.
• At least 4 years of experience in similar accounting and supervisory roles.
• Advanced English (oral and written) for client interaction.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
