Consumer Insights Executive

About the role

NielsenIQ, a global measurement and data analytics company, is looking for a Consumer Insights Executive in Montevideo. As an executive you will work with clients' commercial activities, analyse their business, identify strategic opportunities and advise them so that their needs and objectives are met, ensuring customer satisfaction with effective, quality responses.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate potential risks for each account and propose solutions to the account manager.
• Develop analyses that look for opportunities and threats for clients' businesses.
• Manage the commercial relationship with customers, attending to their requirements and needs.
• Take administrative control of clients' accounts.
• Train clients on NielsenIQ methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or engineering in Management, Marketing, Commercial or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in mass consumption, consulting companies, retailers or related fields.
• Analytical person with effective sales and communication skills, able to meet customers and detect their needs.
• Passion for innovation and ability to share ideas and solutions with customers.
• Ability to prepare presentations and understand macroeconomic scenarios.
• Advanced English.
