Configuration Specialist – Professional Services

About the role

We are looking for motivated, detail‑oriented Configuration Specialists to join our Professional Services team. Working in an offshore or near‑shore capacity, you will partner with onshore implementation consultants to configure the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP) for mortgage‑lending clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute configuration tasks across MCP capability groups such as core platform setup, workflow, document/imaging, reporting, and system integrations.
• Support onshore consultants throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, testing, UAT and go‑live.
• Assist in creating and maintaining Statements of Work, configuration documentation, and implementation estimates.
• Resolve support tickets and defects following triage and escalation procedures.
• Provide asynchronous client‑facing communications, status updates and documentation requests.
• Maintain accurate configuration progress records in tools like ADO, Jira or Smartsheet.
• Follow defined naming conventions, quality checklists and configuration standards.
• Contribute to internal automation and AI‑assisted implementation initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience with mortgage technology, loan origination systems or enterprise software configuration.
• Ability to work collaboratively with onshore teams in a remote/offshore setting.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and defect resolution.
• Familiarity with project tracking and ticketing tools.
