Configuration Specialist – Professional Services

About the role

We are looking for motivated, detail‑oriented Configuration Specialists to join our Professional Services team in an offshore or nearshore capacity. You will work side‑by‑side with onshore implementation consultants to configure the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP) for clients in the mortgage lending industry.

Key responsibilities

• Execute configuration tasks across core platform setup, workflow, document/imaging, reporting, and system integrations.
• Support onshore consultants throughout the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go‑live.
• Contribute to Statements of Work, configuration documentation, and implementation estimates under onshore direction.
• Resolve support tickets and defects following triage and escalation protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of configuration progress, open items, and ticket status in tools such as ADO, Jira, and Smartsheet.
• Follow defined configuration standards, naming conventions, and quality checklists.
• Participate in asynchronous client communications and internal automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Technical experience with mortgage technology, loan origination systems, or enterprise software configuration.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with remote onshore teams.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for client‑facing updates.
