About the role
Join a dynamic, multicultural team at GCG, a leading provider of aviation and culinary solutions across the Caribbean and Latin America. We are seeking a motivated individual to work in our cold kitchen area, preparing a variety of fresh products while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare sandwiches, salads, empanadas, viandas and other cold‑prepared items.
- Monitor and record temperature controls to ensure food safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized work station and adhere to hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support overall service flow.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a cold‑kitchen environment is desirable.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced setting.
- Availability to work the 14:00‑22:00 shift, including weekends.
