Cocinero/a de Cocina – Turno 14:00 a 22:00

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated cook to join our high‑volume production kitchen in Montevideo. The position works the 14:00‑22:00 shift, including weekends, and contributes to delivering consistent, high‑quality meals for our airline and airport catering services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of dishes such as stews, pies, salads, fillings, sauces and hot entrees according to the menu.
• Execute cooking, portioning and plating processes at large scale.
• Maintain strict hygiene, food‑safety (BPM) and temperature‑control records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and safe throughout the shift.
• Assist with general production tasks as needed to meet daily operational goals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an industrial kitchen or professional gastronomy.
• Availability to work the 14:00‑22:00 schedule and on weekends.
• Ability to sustain quality standards while working in an intensive production rhythm.
