Client Associate

About the role

The Client Associate provides dedicated operational and sales support to financial advisors, ensuring smooth client onboarding, transaction processing, and service resolution. This role bridges the gap between advisors, internal teams, and clients to maintain compliance and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review account opening documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Provide sales and product information to existing and prospective clients.
• Process fund distributions and asset movements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and clients to resolve service and operational issues.
• Deliver information on internal procedures and prepare ad‑hoc reports.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses are a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Knowledge of brokerage systems or applications.
